Pastors Bill and Jenny Michael served for over 20 years at Trinity Church International in Lake Worth, Florida. About half of that time was as volunteers while working in engineering (Bill) and the medical/dental field (Jenny), in 1998 they began serving full time as associate pastor at TCI.
Their involvement was in small group ministry, discipleship, evangelism and prayer and the last three years overseeing the men and women small group ministry and the weekend encounter retreats utilizing the Principle of 12.
In 2005 we received a prophetic word and call to pioneer and plant a local church. With much prayer to determine God’s will we realized the call was to Western North Carolina and specifically the Hendersonville/Edneyville area.
In November 2009 we moved to North Carolina and spent a year in prayer and seeking the Lord. We began meeting in a home in October 2010 and in October 2011 began meeting in our present location in the Edneyville Community Center.
We believe the local church is where God desires to meet with people to expand His Kingdom. God is interested in relationship not religion so relationships are the most important part of church life, first with Father God through Jesus Christ and then with other believers. The church is to be a place of hospitality to reach all people with a culture of honor.
The purpose of the church is to fulfill the commission of Christ Jesus to make disciples of all nations (people groups) therefore all are welcome to fellowship and worship with us.
“To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
